1.Do I need an Account to place an order?

Yes. You will need an account to make an order online.

2.How do I register on Kensoko?

  • To register as a user, please visit
  • Click on “Register” on the top of the Kensoko website.
  • Provide your name, contact number, email address, create a password.
  • Then Create account.

3. How do I place an order?

Once you log on to , you can search for items by;

  • STEP 1: Searching for the products by keying the product on the ‘Search’ bar
  • STEP 2: Browsing the ‘Category menu’
  • STEP 3: Contacting Kensoko Support Agents through the chat and request for the product(s) if you have a challenge in navigation
  • STEP 4: Once you have found the items of your choice, select the quantity and size then go ahead and click the “Add to Cart” button. After adding the item to the cart, you can click on ‘My Cart’ to check out or view your cart.
  • STEP 5: If you have an account and have not logged on, you will be prompted to ‘Sign In’ to your account or if you do not have an account, you will be required to ‘Register’ and create a new account.
  • STEP 6: Choose a shipping method (Pickup at our pickup station or delivery to your home or office) Enter a shipping address and enter your payment information.
  • STEP 7: Review your order details.
  • STEP 8: Click ‘Place your order’.
  • STEP 9: Once payment has gone through you will then receive a text with the order details that the order has been confirmed.

4.What options do I have to make a Payment?

M-PESA, Visa, Master Card and PayPal.

5.Can I pay on delivery?

This option is only available to orders in Nairobi under 15,000.

6.What Shipping Methods Are Available?

  • Free Pickup from our pickup station (Bihi Towers, 6th floor)
  • 1-24 hours for orders within Nairobi
  • 1-3 days for deliveries outside Nairobi

7.How Much Is the Delivery Cost?

The delivery cost is based on the weight of the item and destination.

8.How Long will it take to receive my package?

It takes 1-4 days. It is totally dependent on the destination.
