We will not sell or loan your personal information to a third party under any circumstances. What personal information does Kensoko.com collect?
You may choose to access our Site without revealing any personal and transactional information about yourself, but you will need to register and create an account in order to make a purchase or use certain features and functions.
Kensoko collects personal information that you provide when using the Site. This information includes your first and last name, email address, a password and other information required when you create your Kensoko account or when you participate in or conduct surveys and contests via the Site, email, or other media of Kensoko. We use the information you provide for purposes like responding to your requests, customizing our website as per your preference and improving our services.
In addition to the personal information we may collect and process during registration and any surveys, we also collect, store and process the following information about Registered Users:
1. Purchase Information
When you make a purchase from Kensoko, we collect your name, payment method information and delivery address.
2.Services Account Information
We collect personal information from Registered Users who wish to subscribe to our E-mail and SMS notification alerts. In order to use these services you must provide your email address and phone number.
When you download our app, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device.
3. Cookies and Other Computer Information
When you visit our Site, you will be assigned a permanent "cookie" (a small text file) that will be stored on your computer's hard drive. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you when you visit our Site so that we can enhance and customize your online shopping experience.
You can choose to browse on the Site without cookies, but without these identifier files you will not be able to complete a purchase or use certain features of the Site. These features include storing your shopping cart for later use and providing a more personalized future shopping experience. We do not sell, loan, trade or exchange any user's personal information. The information we collect on the Site will be used to enhance your shopping experience in the following ways:

Does Kensoko share the Information it receives?
We do not sell or loan your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. However, we will share your personal customer information only with our agents, representatives, service providers, and contractors for limited purposes, including, but not limited to, fulfilling customer orders, offering certain products and services in connection with the Site, communicating to customers, providing customer service, enhancing and improving clients' purchase experience, enabling access to our partners' web sites, providing a personalized shopping experience and preventing fraud and completing payment method processing.
Aside from the purposes described above, we will not share your personal information with any other third parties unless we have your express permission or there are special circumstances, such as when Kensoko is required by the government, law enforcement body, oblige whose legitimate right has been injured, subpoena or other legal document to share such information, or if we believe it to be reasonably necessary to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Kensoko's rights or property. We may also share aggregated demographic and statistical information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
How can we protect the security of your personal information?
Your personal information is protected by the password you created when you created an account on the Site (or another password you chose after changing a previous password). Please keep this password confidential. No Customer Service Associate or any other representative of Kensoko will ever ask you for your password. The confidentiality of your password is yours to protect, and it can be changed any time by you.
Your information is stored and secured by means and technologies to protect them against unauthorized access, use and disclosure. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts (or encodes) sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. In addition, we only reveal the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order.
Kensoko does not sell products for purchase by Minors. We sell minors' products for purchase by adults.
Kensoko does not intentionally collect personal information about minors or other persons without full civil conduct capacity, but based on the properties of Internet, there is no way for Kensoko to distinguish the age or capacity of the users.
By accepting this Agreement through your use or access of the Site, you certify that you are a person over 18 years old with full capacity and ability to form a legally binding contract in the jurisdiction in which you are resident or in which you are entering into this Agreement. If you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Site.
Items shipped from Kensoko.com, including Kensoko Warehouse, can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Our return policy will require you to return the item at your own expense.
Permitted returns: Within 14 days and/or 7 days, depending on the product, from the date of delivery of the Product, you may return a Product when you:
1. Receive a product that is fundamentally different in nature from the Product specified in the Customer Contract;
2. Receive a faulty or damaged Product;
3. Receive a product that is not as advertised on the platform;
4. Wrong item is delivered;
5. Receive a product that has missing parts/items; or
6. Receive a product that does not fit (for fashion items).
As an alternative to returning faulty or damaged Products, a Customer may request for a repair or replacement of such Products. Such request shall be irrevocable upon notification of the request to Kensoko and the Customer may not later elect for a return. Where the Products have not been repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, Kensoko may, at its sole discretion, grant to the Customer a reduction of the price in proportion to the reduced value of the Products, provided that under no circumstance shall such reduction exceed 15 per cent (15%) of the price of the affected Products. Upon repair, replacement or price reduction being made as aforesaid, the Customer shall have no further claim against Seller.
When Kensoko has provided replacement Products or given the Customer a refund, the non-conforming Products or parts thereof shall become Seller’s property and upon request such Products or parts thereof should be shipped back to Seller.
In cases where the customer refuses to take possession of the product without sufficient cause or justification, or returns the item without sufficient cause or justification, Kensoko will safely keep the item for a period of ten (10) days, reckoned from the date Kensoko receives the product from customer. After the lapse of such period, the product or item is deemed abandoned by customer, and Kensoko or Seller may dispose of the product or item. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kensoko will use its best efforts to return the product to the Customer within the time frame provided.
We realize that making purchases online requires trust on your part. We highly value your trust and pledge to you, our clients, that we will work hard to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us and that your personal information will only be used as set forth in this Policy. This includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and financial information, in addition to any other personal information that can be linked to you.
You agree to comply with any and all the guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions pertaining to the use of the Services and/or access to the Platform, as well as any amendments to the aforementioned, issued by us, from time to time. We reserve the right to revise these guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions at any time and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on the Platform.
Restricted activities: You agree and undertake NOT to:
(a) impersonate any person or entity or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
(b) use the Platform or Services for illegal purposes;
(c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or otherwise interfere or disrupt other computer systems or networks connected to the Platform or Services;
(d) post, promote or transmit through the Platform or Services any Prohibited Materials;
(e) interfere with another’s utilization and enjoyment of the Platform or Services;
(f) use or upload, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Platform’s data or damage or interfere with the operation of another Customer’s computer or mobile device or the Platform or Services; and
